Are your stones certified?
Yes. Every lab grown diamond is IGI certified and every moissanite is GRA certified, and the paperwork ships with your piece.
Should I choose a lab grown diamond or moissanite?

How do I find my ring size?
Wrap a strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark the overlap and measure it in millimetres, then convert to a size — measure at the end of the day for the best fit. Every ring is made to order, and complimentary resizing is available within the first year for standard sizes. See our ring size guide for full instructions.
How long does an order take?
Every piece is made to order. Standard items are typically crafted in 7–9 business days before shipping; custom pieces take longer because of the added design and approval steps. See our Shipping Policy for full delivery estimates.
What is your return policy?
Eligible unworn items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, with no restocking fee. Custom and engraved pieces are made to your specification and are not eligible. See our Return Policy for full details.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Avoid wearing it during gardening, cleaning or working out, remove it before showering or swimming, and keep it away from bleach, perfumes and lotions. Store it in a cool, dry place to maintain its lustre. Complimentary cleaning, polishing and first-year resizing are part of our aftercare.
