Custom jewelry design is for anyone who has a specific piece in mind that does not exist off the shelf — an engagement ring built around a family stone, a pendant recreating a hand-drawn sketch, or a bracelet in a stone combination we do not currently list. The process starts with your vision: send a sketch, a reference photo, or simply describe what you are picturing, along with your preferred stone type (lab grown diamond or moissanite), cut, carat weight, metal — from 10K, 14K or 18K gold through to platinum — and budget. Our design team reviews the brief and produces detailed CAD renders so you can see the piece from every angle and request changes before anything is made. Once you approve the design, production begins, and because every custom piece is made to order rather than adjusted from stock, sizing is built in from the start. Custom orders typically take longer than our ready-to-order collections since they involve additional design and approval steps, so it is worth starting the conversation early if you are working toward a proposal date or occasion. Custom and bespoke pieces are made specifically for you, which is why they sit outside our standard return window — we would rather get the design right before production than have you return a piece that was built to your own specification.
